Oh Baby!

Tuesday, April 19, 2011

On Tuesday night at around 7pm, Bryan and I became an uncle and aunt! Our sweet niece Hensley was born weighing 8lbs 14oz and measuring at 21 inches long. We are so happy and can't wait to meet her in a couple of weeks!

Babies are the best. Welcome to the world, Miss Hensley!!

  1. I also make bows (for my 3 girls & to sale) & I love the approach you took. I also love the simple, yet detailed directions you gave. I will definitely be trying. As I saw in some of the other comments, there's a few common "tricks" I use as well. I use dental Floss for tying everything together. Works great & very cheap! I also do Trichet lighter. I do have some fray check tho, but haven't used it yet. Some of the ribbon I use doesn't take well to heat, so that's how I ended up with the fray check. Hopefully my tips will help someone. I know this blog helped me! Thanks!
